“Over the weekend I am going to look at the names of all my friends and post the names of those whose comments and updates I do not receive starting with Amy Stier, Holly Pichette Pace, Jerianne Payne. Sally Oakes Ballas, Mike Mueller,Mike Mueller: Marketing, Web Design, & Social Media Consultation none of your updates are hitting my wall.”
Ok so that’s a little more of a query than a direct question…
Here’s the answer. It has to do with the home news feed and Facebook’s attempt to deliver what it thinks is the most important news to you by using what it calls EdgeRank. Unfortunately, it get’s it wrong quite often for me. The better way to filter (for me) is by the use of LISTS.
I’ve said it before LISTS are the key to most everything in Facebook. If you have pages and friends in lists you can quickly sort and filter like this:
