Mike’s process makes it easy to get a good site up. He has a good contract which he follows, all of the developer tools one would need to buy if one wanted to build the site themselves, and the ability to set up IDX for listing searches. Instruction is provided via YouTube videos and telephone conversations which makes the transition from the developer to the user simple. Additionally, he is patient and helpful.
