Pleased as punch to be speaking at the Nor Cal Real Estate Expo today. I really hope to see you there. Last years even was incredible.
Have you ever gone to a conference and wanted to see two different speakers but they were both speaking at the same time? Guess what? This year all sessions will be repeated at least once (once in the morning, and once in the afternoon)!
I’m starting out the day bright and early with
How to Blog Without Blogging
Session times: 8:00-8:45 am and 4:00-4:45 pm
Don’t have the time to blog? Mike Mueller will share with you was to add content to your site without actually blogging. In this presentation, Mr. Mueller will be showing and illustrating ways to add pictures and video via your smartphones, pulling in RSS posts from other blogs, as well as finding and reaching out to local guest bloggers.
closely followed by…
3 Things you Need to Know About Google Plus
Session times: 9:00-9:45 am and 3:00-3:45 pm
In this class, you will learn why this new social network is important, and will show you how to best manage it without it becoming a time suck.
and then…
How to Run an effective Facebook Ad Campaign
Session times: 10:00-10:45 am and 2:00-2:45 pm
Facebook allows us to create ad campaigns that narrow down to extremely minute demographics. Mike Mueller will show you how to do it and get results!
and then I’ll just simply pass out! 😉
Seriously, with just 45 minutes per session and the amount of material to cover I’ll be whipping slides on and off the screen like nobody’s business. If you’ve seen me present – it’s always high energy, fast action. The slides I use are less text and more images and examples. It’s the narrative that’s the important part. That said, I don’t want you to miss anything – so I have a nifty form below.
What ever it is that you want – be it a slide, a link, or just a better explanation, just fill it out and I promise I’ll get you an answer. Cool? The only catch is that you’ll need to know what color shirt I was wearing. Why? By knowing that, I’ll know you were really there and that way i can move all these questions to the top of the list. Make sense? Of course great questions always make great fodder for future blog posts so I may end up using your question for an upcoming post
