Hey, it’s no secret I’m a Ken Brand Fan. Some might say I’m even a FanBoy.
Ok, just thinking but if you are a FanBoy of Brand does that make you a BrandBoy? So I’m a #BrandBoy. Calling the trademark lawyer right now… This is going to be HUGE! I digress…
Seriously though, it’s a time where plenty of agents are struggling. It has been for a while. Ken wrote a brilliant book on how to succeed in real estate. It doesn’t involve high tech or complicated marketing schemes. Warning: If it’s sensational, incredible, ROI, lead capturing, mind expanding technosocialmediagurucrap you are looking for, this ain’t it. In that case, I found the droids you are looking for over here.
It’s basic ‘actionable’ directions that you’ve probably forgotten. No, I take that back. You’ll find yourself reading this book saying to yourself that “Yeah I know that” “uh-uh, yup, knew that too”, over and over again. The brilliant part is that Ken explains the “why”. As in why you knew that but why you didn’t do that. Oh oh, here comes another new slogan to trademark…
