You are sooo on target. My Facebook profile was disabled. FB's bot profiled my friends, saw that the majority were Realtors, and assumed that I was using my personal profile for biz. All my posts, messages, etc. were mostly tips that other could use or personal in nature.
I did have a fan page for my biz and promotional content.

From what I've seen, most Realtors on FB have violated the ToS using their profiles for business. My advice is to heed Mike's warning (above) and also, find a way to backup your FB data, because sooner or later they'll disable you.
