Facebook Business Page of the Week – SME

Disclosure: I create custom designed Facebook Business Pages.  Each is different and represents the flavor of the business it represents.  As I find interesting pages or tabs I’ll highlight them in this series even if it’s not my own work.

This week it’s for the Radio Show I have a guest spot on,  “Social Media Edge”

The Fan Page can be found at http://facebook.com/SocialMediaEdge but I want to bring particular attention to the “Guest” tab.

I created a sidebar for the page (THE PERPS) with the shows regular guests.  Under their picture is a link to their Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Website and email.

Each week the guest for that show (THE PEEPS) will be added to this page. The Avatars are sourced from their Twitter profile and stored on Flickr in a group pool.  You can see them all here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/1174542@N20/pool/show/ Hover over them to find out who they are.  Soon I’ll have each one link to their website or twitter account.

Additionally, the show has just started using Cathy Browne (an excellent PR Peep) to book new guests.  I put a link to her at the top of the page.  Being a show all about Social Media do you really think that link is her email?  Not a chance!  It’s her twitter account, but better than that I modified it to preload the tweet.  You’ll have to try it out to see what I mean.

BTW: The archives to every show, along with the show notes are available on the “Archives” tab.  You can stream the past shows in your browser or right click and download them to your hard drive.
